Position : Marketing Coordinator

Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Background in marketing or promotions, preferred, or previous campaign management experience or experience in a fast-paced environment in an administrative role.

Advanced experience using O365 and Microsoft programs.

A clear communicator with excellent verbal and writing skills. Ability to multi-task and manage high level projects simultaneously.

Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.

Problem solving and analytical ability. Self-starter, detail oriented, strong work ethic a must.

Ability to adapt to changing demands and circumstances without difficulty.

Meets deadlines while paying close attention to detail. Proactive approach daily to continuously strive to improve operational processes.

Ability to work independently and manage timelines accordingly.

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and clean driving history as determined by the Company. Driver's license will be checked.

Collaborates, assists and works with Account Executives in proposal development, client presentations, ideation, and post-sale execution on all client and prospective campaigns.

Take part in sales team and special projects meetings, engaging in discussions, and attending relevant meetings and training sessions.

Attend ideation/brainstorming sessions with follow-up one-sheets on designated accounts.

Assist sales team with follow-up collateral needed and campaign execution in addition to providing customer support on behalf of account executives.

Provide creative input and assist in writing client commercials.

Assist and train AEs with broadcast attribution and/or other software platforms and provide analytics/campaign reporting.

Gather and create client recaps to include measurement/analytics, screenshots of social/digital media, embedded on-air commercials and proof of performance.

Update all sales materials and media kits on a continuous basis, including creating new one-sheets and sales materials with direction from sales management.

Assist DSM with local podcast orders in Megaphone & copy execution. Provide weekly snapshots/reporting on campaign fulfillment.

Provide research materials using Tapscan, Media Monitors, Scarborough etc. to sales team and/or management.

Coordination and tracking of multiple sales opportunities (lead tracking etc.) w/ follow-up to sales management.

Build deep relationship with programming and promotions to ensure sales department develops top quality marketing and multi-platform campaigns.
