Our client is a Customer Support Platform optimized for B2B companies. They've created a full ticketing system allowing you to track customer issues across Slack Connect, Email, Microsoft Teams, In-App Chat, and Tickets. Our client is a 14 person, Series A startup, located in-person in San Francisco, and are hiring a Founding Field Marketer to join our team. Role responsibilities: • Generate pipeline from new sources. • Organize and attend physical and digital events. • Host dinners for Support Leaders (e.g. VPs of Support, Directors, etc.). • Host webinars with customer support leaders. • Host the first Pylon conference. • Attend support and B2B SaaS events.
