Creativity is the soul of advertising. The TikTok Ads Creative and Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation, and optimization. Our mission is to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and third parties within the ecosystem to create and deliver the most engaging creative experiences to end users. The TikTok Ads Product Creative AI team is seeking an experienced Product Manager who has a deep understanding of the online advertising industry and advertisers' needs, including experience in creative development, media acquisition, and advertising optimization This role is critical in providing operational support throughout the product development lifecycle and ensuring success across key products and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the generative AI landscape.

Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for formulating and articulating visionary product strategies for creative AI products, setting new industry standards for advertising creativity and innovation; 2. Work closely with the Cross-functional team to define product requirements, prioritize modules, and deliver high-quality products that meet user requests and drive business goals. 3. Deeply understand the Internationalization advertising ecosystem and advertisers' needs, and develop innovative advertising products based on AI content generation through industry understanding; 4. Work closely with design and R & D teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user requests and exceed business goals. 5. Work closely with the business development team and sales team to promote advertisers' adoption of new products and features, and explore and drive new business revenue growth points; 6. Continuously track and analyze key product metrics to provide insights and iterative basis for product decisions through Data Drive. 7. Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, drive business innovation, and maintain the competitiveness of Internationalization products in the advertising field.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 1. 5+ years of product management experience in marketing, advertising, or creative related product or tool directions. 2. Have a deep understanding of the online advertising industry and advertisers' needs, including experience in creative development, media acquisition, and advertising optimization; 3. Have strong AI technology and application capabilities in the advertising field; 4. Have excellent analytical skills, influence product design and continuous iteration through data drive;

Preferred Qualifications: Excellent cross-team collaboration skills, working efficiently with R & D, design, data science, and business development teams. Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex product concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
