About the Team The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.
Responsibilities: 1. Disassemble and calculate the overall and sub-dimensional goals of the top creator business in the US, design necessary indicators, align and iterate with relevant parties frequently, on a daily basis conduct continuous achievement tracking and on-demand analysis, and agilely facilitate positive business development 2. Build and optimize indicator dashboard tools, identify real-time business status, and support and correct business development through flexible use of indicators 3. Manage resources for the top creator business, including but not limited to budget package management and allocation, infrastructure of ROI comparison as well as related analysis, policy review related to various cost expenses, etc; on at least a weekly basis to track and review if the performance generates satisfactory ROI against targets, and to propose betterment strategy accordingly 4. On a daily basis analyze merchandise attributes and data performances for strategy betterment, optimize the success rate of matching products and influencers, improve sales boost, thus improve conversion funnels, GMV performance and facilitate level leap/retention of influencers
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Extensive work experience required -- expert in the field 2. Bachelor's degree or above
Preferred Qualifications: 1. Highly sensitive to numbers, with strong analytical and logical decomposition abilities, able to proactively discover finer granularity issues 2. Experience in business analysis/resource management with pan-transactional platforms (such as B2C e-commerce, local life services, etc.). Experience in cross-border e-commerce or content-based e-commerce analysis is a plus 3. Strong stress resistance, strong communication skills, sense of purpose, 0-1 work attitude and subjective initiative
