Our client, a leading Dallas-based, privately-held B2B distributor, bridges top industry brands with 5,000 retailers through a modern omni-channel platform. Customers can shop online, in contemporary showrooms, or utilize curbside pickup, direct-to-store delivery, and nationwide shipping. The Opportunity This entrepreneurial role offers the chance to redefine how customers shop. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Ecommerce and Marketing will lead the development of a game-changing omni-channel marketplace. As the companys most senior digital expert, youll craft strategies, expand product categories, and grow audiences from the ground upall with strong support from the executive team. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader passionate about innovation, digital transformation, and making a direct business impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing and e-commerce strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions. Build data-driven targets and align product investments with business impact. Lead cross-functional collaboration with brand, creative, merchandise planning, and analytics teams to deliver a top-tier digital experience. Optimize marketing programs using customer data (e.g., lifetime value, acquisition costs). Manage paid media strategy (search, social, affiliate marketing) and implement innovative content strategies. Forecast and analyze channel performance, providing actionable insights to leadership. Nurture and grow a high-performing team. Qualifications 7-10 years in digital marketing and ecommerce (paid media, CRM, data analytics). Proven strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills. Leadership experience, with a hands-on, adaptable approach to team management. Technical expertise in CRM, Google Analytics, heat mapping, and paid social. Retail or wholesale experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
