Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $978 - $1,356 per week

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement, support customer acquisition, and foster long-term relationships.  

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
• Create and manage engaging content across various digital platforms, including social media, email, and the company website.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to produce promotional materials that align with brand guidelines.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs and metrics to gauge effectiveness and ROI.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to engage target audiences and promote product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Hootsuite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in content creation.
• Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
