Job Description: The Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and manage short- and long-term marketing plans to support business objectives and target both existing and new markets. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from conducting market research and lead generation to content creation and social media management. The ideal candidate will leverage creative, strategic, and technical expertise to not only enhance Century's brand presence but drive measurable results, all while fostering positive relationships and bringing energy and enthusiasm to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily market research on industry trends, key influencers, platform algorithms, and growth models.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Generate leads through proactive engagement on social media platforms and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Create and manage compelling visual and audio content for social media, blogs, videos, webinars, podcasts, and newsletters.
- Engage daily with social media groups, business pages, and influencers to build relationships, amplify brand visibility, thought leadership and lead generation.
- Plan, execute, and optimize B2B email campaigns, PPC ads, and SEO strategies to maximize ROI.
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent growth, engagement across platforms, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality video, photography, and webinar creatives.
- Write and publish blog posts, case studies, and other content to support thought leadership and lead generation.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure budget adherence.
- Build relationships with vendors, partners, and sponsors to secure co-op dollars and sponsorship opportunities.
- Stay ahead of marketing trends and implement the latest tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bring energy, positivity, and creativity to daily tasks and engage proactively with colleagues, prospects, clients, and influencers.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within B2B or IT services.
- Proficient or experienced in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as Click Dimensions, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Adobe, Canva, We Video, and other social media creative / scheduling platforms.
- Expertise in PPC, SEO, and paid/organic social media growth models.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience with video production, webinar tools, podcasting, and photography is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and a focus on customer engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with people and building relationships through social media and networking events.
