Are you a seasoned media strategist looking to make an impact at a growing agency? We’re seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Media Supervisor. In this role, you’ll lead strategic initiatives, mentor junior team members, and deliver impactful campaigns that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a mentor and provide guidance and leadership to junior team members.
  2. Act as the primary liaison for campaign execution, collaborating closely with account management and subject matter expert teams.
  3. Manage, analyze, and review client-facing deliverables with attention to detail.
  4. Guide media strategists in developing effective strategies and plans.
  5. Oversee the media investment and execution team briefing process.
  6. Stay informed about emerging trends and identify opportunities for growth in new markets.
  7. Present proposals to internal and external stakeholders confidently and without oversight.
  8. Lead campaign planning, optimization strategies, and performance tracking for key client relationships.
  9. Oversee the creation of RFPs, final recommendations, and campaign measurement reports.
  10. Develop and present results decks, highlighting key insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
  11. Delegate and supervise assignments and responsibilities suitable for junior team members.
  12. Foster positive working relationships across departments, the organization, and with external partners.
  13. Provide strategic consultation to clients, identifying tailored programs and services to address their needs.

Requirements:

  1. 4–8 years of experience in media strategy, planning, or related disciplines.
  2. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  3. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Comfortable providing thought leadership and strategic insights for both clients and internal teams.
  5. Proven ability to independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Effective in fast-paced environments, maintaining professionalism in all communications.
  7. Self-motivated while excelling in collaborative team settings.
  8. Resourceful problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
