Based in our Marshalltown, IA or Greater Houston (Crossridge), TX location, the Marketing Manager will partner with lifecycle services, sales enablement, and world area marketing teams to define and implement marketing activities that support the growth of the Final Control Lifecycle Services programs and Initiatives.

The Final Control service network provides customers with valve solutions for planning and implementing plant maintenance they need to equip them to optimize their plant’s productivity, safety, and sustainability. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Leverage our collective deep understanding of the Final Control Lifecycle Services portfolio to develop and implement a comprehensive integrated marketing plan.

Diligently measure and improve marketing program effectiveness by collecting performance data, analyzing results, reporting findings, and driving continuous improvement efforts.

Lead the development of marketing assets and sales collateral that consistently and clearly articulate the benefits of Final Control Lifecycle Services in all media.

Coordinate with the business unit, world area marketing communications, lifecycle services, and sales enablement teams to lead a cohesive event strategy, including event coordination, demos and materials, promotions, and lead management. Lead the development of relevant marketing documentation including whitepapers, brochures, and flyers.

Lead and evolve the relevant web presence including website content and design and ongoing measurement of web performance.

Support third-party authorized service channels (called the Accredited Service Providers) with marketing collateral, brand guidelines, and internal communications.

Collaborate with the team in regard to communications, sales training, and competitive intelligence initiatives in close collaboration with lifecycle services and sales enablement teams.

Build customer engagement when appropriate.

Manage a library of relevant customer-facing presentations and marketing collateral.

Assist with system upgrades and migrations for Final Control Lifecycle Services marketing collateral.

Partner with collaborators regarding market analysis, market research, and voice of customer research as applicable to inform marketing strategies.

For this Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in a marketing, engineering, and/or business-related field.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience.

Solid understanding of various marketing subject areas, integrated marketing, communications & media relations, product management, and sales enablement.

Proficiency of digital marketing (tools, content creation, Web, SEO, campaigns).

Analytical and efficient problem solver with excellent project management and prioritization skills; well-organized and efficient.

Excels at self-managing workload and implementing multiple concurrent projects to meet timelines.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead colleagues by influence (often virtually), and comfortably engage with customers at decision-making levels.

Willingness and ability to travel, including internationally, up to 20%.

Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

A minimum of 5 years of related marketing experience.

Shown success leading marketing activity for a B2B software or services solution, preferably targeting industrial manufacturing audiences at both plant and executive levels.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and marketing automation applications including Workfront, AEM, PowerBI, Conductor, and others.

Experience leading projects and initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.
