We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Associate with a background in Interior Design for a permanent role in our Sales team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to our company's growth by developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is an ambitious go-getter with a knack for identifying potential clients and building strong, long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive new business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing potential clients, presenting our services, and negotiating contracts. 2. Leverage your interior design expertise to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. 4. Collaborate with the design team to ensure that client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget. 5. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients. 7. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. 8. Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote our brand and services.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the interior design industry. 3. CET Certification is required. 4. Proficiency in AutoCAD and InDesign is a must. 5. Proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets. 6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 7. Strong understanding of the interior design industry, including trends and key players. 8. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. 9. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 10. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
