Description

The Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall marketing strategy and driving business growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of brand development, marketing communications, digital marketing, and customer engagement. The Marketing Director will oversee direct-to-customer marketing communications, social media, print marketing, and graphic design and ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice and tone across all channels. Key performance indicators (KPIs) will include new customer acquisition, customer retention, brand awareness along with channel performance.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. Communicate our brand promises and key differentiators in marketing materials Oversee all marketing communications, ensuring alignment with the company's brand voice, tone, and overall identity. Manage and grow social media channels, fostering engagement and expanding our digital footprint. Lead the graphic design team to produce visually compelling assets that enhance the customer experience and reflect the brand identity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and operations, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize results. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration. Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 7+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within e-commerce or digital-focused industries. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and brand growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing, email, print, and social media management. Experience with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. What We Offer:
