General Purpose of Job:

The Director CPG Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth for Quad’s In-Store Connect media network for clients by securing advertising partnerships with Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) brands. The individual will work closely with clients’ merchandising and digital teams to create and execute in-store digital media programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the sales strategy for the In-Store Connect media network, working with designated grocery clients, targeting CPG brands to maximize advertising revenue.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with CPG brands, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with CPG brands, ensuring alignment with their marketing objectives and goals with clients.
  4. Present and sell integrated in-store media solutions that leverage the capabilities of the In-Store Connect network and clients’ promotional ecosystem.
  5. Study market dynamics to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the CPG sector.
  6. Work closely with Quad's business development, marketing, and operations teams to deliver comprehensive advertising solutions.
  7. Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline reports, utilizing clients’ CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.
  8. Ensure exceptional customer service and support for clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored advertising solutions.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in Digital Media or CPG sales.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  1. Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  2. Strong understanding of the CPG industry and in-store advertising.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  5. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  6. Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
  7. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  8. Ability to travel as required.

Total On Target Earning between $250,000-$300,000 (Subject to change after compensation analysis).
