SUMMARY The Senior Manager, Product Marketing for Structures, Fluids and 3D Design is responsible for leading the development and execution of all internal and external positioning and messaging and supporting associated marketing activities. This individual will manage a team of product marketing managers, guiding the creation of messaging, GTM strategy, sales readiness materials and marketing assets across a multi-product portfolio, while supporting the growth and revenue goals for the business. Success will be defined by effective program and campaign execution that results in significant pipeline and revenue growth. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees and guides the benefit-based messaging for a significant portion of the Ansys product portfolio. Leads the creation of positioning and messaging documents, marketing plans and demand generation activities. Executes on bi-annual product launches to expose new capabilities and workflows. Drives execution of organic technology-led promotion across digital mediums to build awareness and engagement. Reports on results from all marketing and sales engagement activities to measure success against business goals. Partners with corporate marketing leadership to develop and execute campaigns that drive new business. Enhances and extends current processes to streamline business activities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 5 years leading a team in a marketing capacity. BS in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. Strong working knowledge of simulation-based engineering. Broad functional expertise across several marketing competencies. Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects. Excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Masters or other advanced degree in Marketing or Engineering. Working knowledge of several areas of Marketing. Experience in simulation-based engineering-related software domains. Experience supporting global B2B and B2C demand generation campaigns.
