Position Overview

Seeking a dynamic and driven Digital Marketing Director to join our Marketing team in Dallas. This role is ideal for a digital media and publishing professional with a proven track record in marketing strategy, lead generation, and revenue-driving initiatives across multiple channels. The Digital Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in advancing the marketing and revenue goals of events, membership and education programs, and media offerings. This position reports directly to the CEO and is a key contributor to the Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with the CEO, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement corporate strategy, with a focus on expanding lead generation and digital products across existing and new business verticals. • Transform strategic goals into actionable financial and operational objectives, utilizing budgets, forecasts, and performance monitoring tools. • Drive cost-effective online traffic and enhance digital presence to increase engagement with publications, membership groups, and events. • Responsible for web presence and brand url's with consolidated branded house strategy. • Establish streamlined processes for digital publications and develop new digital products and channels to ensure a best-in-class experience. • Implement and refine tools to monitor and optimize KPIs, ensuring effective tracking and action-oriented management, including maintaining a dashboard with defined KPI's. • Continuously evaluate and improve digital operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance overall efficiency. • Partner with sales, membership, events, and editorial teams to produce and review high-quality, engaging content across diverse industries and personas. • Manage cohesive and effective paid and non-paid marketing campaigns. • Coordinate and manage both internal and external copywriters to execute on highly effective marketing plans to include email, social, and other outreach methods.

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred). • 7-10 years of progressive experience in digital publishing or marketing, particularly in events and media. • Proven experience in managing multiple departments and diverse teams. • Strong background in process improvement and operational efficiency is a plus. • Knowledge of the banking/finance industry is an advantage, though not required. • Proficiency in Hubspot, Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). • Understanding of web development and UX/UI design elements preferred. • Availability to work in the Dallas market.
