WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Stylist who has lash experience and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly, and responsible!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create excellent experiences for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive aftercare products.
- Understand and promote products and memberships.
- Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services.
- Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs.
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license.
- Work authorization (required).
- 1+ years as a Lash Stylist preferred but (NOT REQUIRED).
- Customer service focused.
- Strong work ethic.
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered.
