The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 135 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes. We have P.A.S.S.I.O.N. It's what we offer to every guest we help look and feel beautiful, and it's how we exemplify ourselves as a community built on love, loyalty, and confidence.

We own and operate 5 salons in the Portland urban area and we are well known to be first in class eyelash extensions salons.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Stylist who enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly, and responsible!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products.
• Understand and promote products and memberships.
• Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services.
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs.
• Maintain clean and sterile work environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license.
• Customer service focused; loves her clients.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic.
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered.
• 1+ years experience as a Lash Stylist is a plus.

COMPENSATION

Between $55,000 and $80,000 depending on skills level.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.

When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
