Our client, a leader in digital marketing, is seeking a Lead Gen Program Manager to join their team. As a Digital Marketing Program Manager, you will be part of the marketing operations team supporting global paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a background with B2B lead generation, excellent project management abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Support operations for a marketing team focusing on paid lead generation across various channels.
- Review and validate content data before trafficking to agencies for action.
- Conduct end-to-end testing for social media campaigns and perform quality assurance on data delivery.
- Analyze reporting and derive insights to inform future marketing decisions.
- Assist with weekly status updates, meeting recaps, and documentation reviews.
- 3-4 years of experience in program management and facilitating projects for a marketing team.
- Minimum 2 years experience with data analysis in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
- Minimum 3 years experience with B2B lead generation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with digital media and understanding of audience targeting.
