Graphic Designer Job at Robert Half in Austin

We are in search of a Graphic Designer who is organized and attentive to detail, with a strong background in design, particularly InDesign and Illustrator. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing creative graphics and visual elements that meet our needs.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud to create and design various materials for print and digital collateral

• Collaborating with the team to decide on the best design ideas and implementing them effectively

• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

• Perform retouching and manipulation of images

• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

• Communicate with senior team members to receive feedback

• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met

• Stay updated on industry trends and the latest design software tools.

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proven experience in the Real Estate & Property industry is required
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is essential
• Exceptional creativity and innovation are expected
• Excellent time management and organizational skills are necessary
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail is crucial
• Ability to accept and deliver constructive criticism is important
• Strong communication skills are needed to effectively collaborate with team members
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design is beneficial
• Experience with computer-aided design is desirable
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles is a must
• Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail is expected.
