As a UX Researcher, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our dealership operations by uncovering user needs and turning insights into actionable strategies.
What You’ll Do:
As our UX Researcher, you’ll be at the forefront of understanding and improving user experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and conducting user research, including interviews, observations, and usability testing.
- Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to deliver actionable insights that guide technology investments.
- Creating and maintaining experience documentation, such as journey maps, service blueprints, and rapid prototypes.
- Presenting research findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborating with technology teams to align solutions with user needs and validating designs through testing.
- Managing multiple research initiatives while maintaining rigorous methodologies.
- Synthesizing complex research data into clear insights that balance user needs with business goals.
Preferred Certifications and Requirements:
- UXPA (User Experience Professionals Association) Certification
- Google UX Design Certificate
- Human Factors UX Certification
What You Bring:
- A strong background in UX research and design with proven experience conducting various research methods.
- The ability to translate complex research findings into actionable insights that inform technology solutions.
- Experience creating detailed documentation and prototypes to visualize user experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively share insights and drive change across the organization.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
