As a UX Researcher, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our dealership operations by uncovering user needs and turning insights into actionable strategies.

What You’ll Do:
As our UX Researcher, you’ll be at the forefront of understanding and improving user experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and conducting user research, including interviews, observations, and usability testing.
  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to deliver actionable insights that guide technology investments.
  • Creating and maintaining experience documentation, such as journey maps, service blueprints, and rapid prototypes.
  • Presenting research findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Collaborating with technology teams to align solutions with user needs and validating designs through testing.
  • Managing multiple research initiatives while maintaining rigorous methodologies.
  • Synthesizing complex research data into clear insights that balance user needs with business goals.

Preferred Certifications and Requirements:

  • UXPA (User Experience Professionals Association) Certification
  • Google UX Design Certificate
  • Human Factors UX Certification

What You Bring:

  • A strong background in UX research and design with proven experience conducting various research methods.
  • The ability to translate complex research findings into actionable insights that inform technology solutions.
  • Experience creating detailed documentation and prototypes to visualize user experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively share insights and drive change across the organization.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
