What You'll Do: As our UX Researcher, you'll be at the forefront of understanding and improving user experiences. Key responsibilities include: Designing and conducting user research, including interviews, observations, and usability testing. Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to deliver actionable insights that guide technology investments. Creating and maintaining experience documentation, such as journey maps, service blueprints, and rapid prototypes. Presenting research findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization. Collaborating with technology teams to align solutions with user needs and validating designs through testing. Managing multiple research initiatives while maintaining rigorous methodologies. Synthesizing complex research data into clear insights that balance user needs with business goals. Preferred Certifications and Requirements: UXPA (User Experience Professionals Association) Certification Google UX Design Certificate Human Factors UX Certification What You Bring: A strong background in UX research and design with proven experience conducting various research methods. The ability to translate complex research findings into actionable insights that inform technology solutions. Experience creating detailed documentation and prototypes to visualize user experiences. Excellent communication skills to effectively share insights and drive change across the organization. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
