This position is IN OFFICE (not remote) located on Mule Alley in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards.

Position Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer that inspires fans, amplifies the brand and elevates the most exciting sport on dirt. Reporting to the Sr. Creative Director, this role involves producing a diverse array of printed and digital materials. The selected candidate will collaborate with in-house departments, print and sign shops, and external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely project completion. Projects will appear on broadcast, social media and live sporting events in the world's most iconic sports venues, with a focus on the PBR Camping World Team Series. Ultimately, we are seeking a person with the ability to bring creativity and innovation to life to tell the story of the modern version of the iconic cowboy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Apply conceptual thinking and creativity to complex design problems, from conception to production.
  • Create visually compelling designs for various mediums, including print, digital, social media, and web.
  • Develop brand identities and logos, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Design digital assets for use on websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
  • Brand identity and logo development for marketing materials, in-arena signage and advertisements. ads.
  • Coordinate with print and sign shops to oversee the printing process and ensure the final product meets quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on progress.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and events teams to understand their design needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with in-house departments and external vendors to assure production quality and timeliness of project completion.
  • Ensure all materials are produced on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Address and resolve any production issues that arise.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Knowledge of, and passion for Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong graphic design skills and the ability to conceptualize visually dynamic and modern ideas.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Detailed oriented and well organized.
  • Demonstrates a positive and progressive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task on complex projects.
  • Flexible and accommodating to the needs of the team.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills a must.

Education & Formal Training:
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Arts preferred

Experience:
  • Must have a strong portfolio available in digital format (PDF or link)
  • Minimum 1-3 years professional experience.

Working Conditions:
  • Normal office hours Monday-Friday
  • Extended hours may be needed based on business needs
  • Travel may also be required
