AEG is hiring: Graphic/Production Designer in Fort Worth

A Portfolio of your work is required to be considered for this role. This position is IN OFFICE (not remote) located on Mule Alley in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards. Position Summary/Objective: PBR is seeking an entry-level graphic/production designer to join our creative team. Reporting to the Sr. Creative Director, this position is responsible for production of a wide range of printed and digital materials. The chosen candidate will work with in-house departments, print and sign shops, and outside vendors to assure production quality and timeliness of project completion. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Apply conceptual thinking and creativity to complex design problems, from conception to production Adept at design for digital applications Understands Brand identity and logo development Design and produce print-ready files for marketing materials including point-of-sale, arena signage, print ads and collateral, out-of-home and more Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Collaborate closely with the Creative Department's Director, Project Manager, graphic designers, and video editors Communicate effectively with other departments when producing collateral Ability to distill complex briefs and objectives into single-minded ideas with outstanding creative solutions Ability to prioritize, solve and close issues Excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Detail-oriented and well organized Demonstrates a positive and cheerful attitude Ability to multi-task on complex projects Comfortable presenting concepts and campaigns to internal decision-makers and senior executives Flexible and accommodating to the needs of the team Effective written and verbal communication skills a must Understanding of proper file format for digital, and print Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator technical proficiency Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing and resolve any issue that arise Provide image retouching, clipping paths, additional image manipulation and prepared for online, mobile, and print applications Create PDFs for printers and large format sign machines Conduct press checks Follow a development timeline to ensure tasks are being completed on time Education & Formal Training: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Arts preferred Experience: Must have a strong portfolio available in digital format (PDF or link) Working Conditions: This position is located in office. Remote won't be considered.
