Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring clear, effective, and professional communication across internal and external stakeholders. This role involves managing various communication channels, crafting impactful messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Key Responsibilities

1. Internal Communication
   
   • Facilitate effective internal communications through memos, updates, and announcements.
   • Support the organization of internal events, including team meetings and company-wide briefings.
2. External Communication
   
   • Serve as a point of contact for media inquiries and public relations efforts.
   • Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, partners, and stakeholders.
   • Monitor public sentiment and manage the company's reputation through proactive communication strategies.
3. Social Media and Online Presence
   
   • Manage and grow the company's social media accounts by developing and scheduling engaging content.
   • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
   • Monitor analytics to measure engagement and improve performance.
4. Crisis Communication
   
   • Assist in developing crisis communication plans and protocols.
   • Act as a key player in executing crisis communication strategies to mitigate risks.
5. Monitoring and Reporting
   
   • Track communication metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
   • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance communication strategies.
