Marketing CoordinatorKirton McConkie is looking for a part-time marketing coordinator to work alongside the marketing director to support day-to-day projects and strategic development initiatives for the firm to generate revenue and boost the firm's brand. (Position could evolve into a full-time position.) The ideal candidate has experience creating, posting, and managing content on social media and has a positive attitude, is adaptable, and can meet the needs of high-level attorneys and clients while bringing personality, professionalism, and a sense of humor to the position.Responsibilities Create, cultivate, and post content on firm's social-media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)Manage and boost social media engagement through online interactionsShoot and edit video projects for the website and social mediaCreate and update marketing content, including website content, attorney profiles, and practice/section descriptionsUpdate firm marketing collateral as requested - create and distribute flyers, brochures, internet banners, images, collages, etc.Draft, proofread, and edit client alerts, newsletters, blogs, announcements, invitations, ads, brochures, and other marketing materials to support the firm's marketing initiativesDevelop content for monthly internal newsletterCoordinate and manage attorney photo shootsAssist in completing proposals, RFPs, or other attorney projects while adhering to deadlinesAttend, staff, or assist community and firm events, including firm golf tournament, Law Day 5K, award lunches, marketing booths, etc.Ensure style consistency and brand integrity in all firm marketing collateral and materialsMaintain marketing/logoed items inventory and reorder as neededActively work to grow and develop marketing coordinator roleMaintain awareness of legal marketing trends and topics related to firm goalsSupport and collaborate with the marketing director on other projects as assignedPreferred Qualifications/SkillsBachelor's degree - ideally in communications, marketing, graphic design, English, or a related majorExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for grammar, proofreading, writing, and content creationExpertise in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Knowledge of basic graphic design principles Skilled in shooting and editing videoProficiency in social-media monitoring, engagement, interaction, and posting (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Analytics, YouTube, etc.)Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, organize, and work calmly under pressureHigh attention to detail and ability to take initiativeAbility to be proactive, self-motivated, and to run with tasksAbility to work effectively with multiple individuals and manage several projects at oncePersonality to connect professionally and clearly with high-level attorneys and clientsOne to three years of experience in a marketing, business, or professional environment
