They are seeking passionate and energetic individuals for their Promotions and Marketing Internship. As a Promotions and Marketing Intern, you will work in the following areas primarily:

Responsibilities
As a Promotions and Marketing Intern, you will work in the following areas primarily:
- Game Day Script Coordination: Assist in creating and executing game day scripts to ensure seamless transitions between in-game promotions, entertainment, and game operations.
- On-Field Contest Management: Ideate, coordinate, and execute engaging on-field contests to entertain fans and enhance the game day experience.
- Partnership Activation: Help activate sponsorship assets, ensuring deliverables are met on and off the field.
- Grassroots Marketing: Support the management and execution of grassroots marketing plans to expand our community presence and drive ticket sales.
- Mascot Engagement: Assist with mascot appearances during games and community events to build fan loyalty and engagement.
- Special Event Planning: Develop and execute special events designed to boost single-game and group ticket sales.
- Community Outreach: Represent the Hillsboro Hops at community events to promote upcoming games and initiatives.
- Enthusiasm for baseball and the sports industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the Hops' game schedule.
- Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or event planning is a plus but not required.
- Junior, Senior, or recent college graduate is preferred.
- Ability to start as of March 1, 2025. The end date is anticipated September 11th, 2025.
Some flexibility is given due to school end and start dates. We will discuss this further during interviews.
