Associate Director, US HCP Marketing – Thalassemia and PKD

Associate Director, HCP Marketing
to join our US Marketing team. We need someone who is passionate about this meaningful work and eager to connect with our mission of supporting these patient communities. In this role, you will contribute to the preparation and execution of the anticipated launch of PYRUKYND for thalassemia. Collaboration will be key as you work cross-functionally with Sales, Field Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Business Analytics, and external vendors. What you will do: Play a key role in supporting the US Marketing team in the development and execution of critical marketing strategies by collaborating with various teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to HCP engagement. Contribute to the successful launch of PYRUKYND for Thalassemia patients by supporting HCP marketing efforts. Assist in executing marketing initiatives related to promotional product education, disease education, and other key marketing projects. Assist in implementing a branded campaign targeting HCPs to drive awareness and adoption of PYRUKYND. Own content development, from strategy through creation, approval, and implementation, successfully navigating the material approval process. Collaborate on digital efforts to strengthen the brand’s digital presence with HCPs. Partner with the field marketing team to execute national conference strategies, manage the speaker bureau, and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs). Develop and track relevant metrics to optimize marketing efforts. Lead field engagement efforts for HCP marketing to ensure effective communication and strategy execution. Manage external agency partners, ensuring the timely and budget-conscious execution of marketing initiatives. What you bring: Bachelor's degree required 7+ years of relevant U.S. marketing experience required, including US pharmaceutical marketing experience of 5 years Experience in pharmaceutical marketing during a launch is required Required previous experience in Brand, HCP Marketing Experience in rare disease marketing is preferred Previous experience navigating Medical, Legal Regulatory Process for approval of promotional material is required Proven business acumen (e.g., business degree, MBA, and prior roles demonstrating business insight) Strong organizational, managerial, and leadership skills, including the ability to influence without formal authority Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and cultivate both internal and external networks A proven track record of accountability and delivering results Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Quick learner, able to identify critical issues and proactively develop solutions Strong analytical, strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities Excellent operational skills, including project and timeline management. Strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Work Location: Location Agnostic:
Work location for this role is based on employee's individual preference. This role has the ability to be either remote in the US or hybrid in our Cambridge Headquarters. Hybrid schedules vary but are generally less than 3 days per week onsite and hybrid employees are expected to live within commutable distance to our Cambridge Headquarters. Remote employees work entirely from home except for attending Company sponsored events/ meetings.
