Data Analyst & Visualization Specialist -DTC Must be in Chicago (preferred) - must go onsite 2 days per week Duration 6-12 months, will extend

Role: Chicago VBER- Remote but available to go to office is downtown chi/ client is as well Location Direct to consumer key stakeholder is based in Chicago; data analyst can be hybrid but ideally Chicago.

Role Experienced Data Analyst & Visualization Specialist We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Data Analyst that is skilled at performing data analysis and utilizing business intelligence tools and approaches to drive insights and business decisions for a product company's sales organization, with a specific focus on direct-to-consumer (i.e. stores & e-commerce) sales.

Responsibilities Conduct Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Sales Analyses: Conduct in-depth, exploratory data analysis analyses and investigations to understand sales trends, identify opportunities, and address challenges in the company's DTC channel. This includes drill-down analysis, ad-hoc reporting, and proactive exploration of data to uncover actionable insights, and presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders.

Develop & Support Reporting & Insights. Develop and maintain reporting processes that provide a clear and comprehensive view of business performance in the DTC channel. Create and propose impactful data visualizations to effectively communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.

Drive Insights to Action: Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions and challenges. Be a key partner to the channel lead, providing analytical support and insights that inform sales strategies and optimize their go-to-market approach.

Recommend Data & Insights Process Improvements: Propose adjustments to sales models and potential improvements to data sources, to optimize sales operational plans and identify areas for efficiency improvement and standards.
