Content Project Coordinator (Focused on Flowing Content) 9 month contract with possibility to extend Must reside in Texas OR Illinois No C2C Our client is the leading career site used around the globe to help people find their dream jobs. They are seeking, on a contract basis, a Content /Copy Project Associate to work on their Globalization team. This team is an agile, high-performing team consisting of Marketing Managers, Project, and Program Managers as they assist with localizing content for international markets. Content from the States is sent to an agency partner that translates the content for global market consumption. Once the content is translated, this associate will ensure it is launched as requested. Deliverables can include: Web Page: Will create a page in WordPress eBooks Webinar Decks Landing Pages Sales Materials Responsibilities: Manage localized asset hand-off from localization team – work will consist of eBooks, webinar decks, sales materials, etc. Build pages in WordPress Project manage sales and marketing content Ensure web pages are correct through QA Communicate when pages are live with key partner teams Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field required Ability to build pages into WordPress: REQUIRED 2 years’ experience working as a translation project coordinator, localization project coordinator, content project coordinator, or similar Highly adaptable self-starter who can operate efficiently within a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communicator Problem solver who consistently demonstrates good judgment, critical thinking, and creative solutions. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accomplish and complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all areas involved. Monitor and check work or information while organizing time and resources efficiently. Deadline and task oriented Asana and/or Jira experience is REQUIRED! #J-18808-Ljbffr
