About the Role:

We’re looking for a Design Sales Consultant who enjoys working with customers to help them choose flooring that fits their home’s style and function. This role is perfect for someone with a creative eye for design, strong communication skills, and a passion for home improvement.

This is not a standard retail position. You’ll actively engage with customers in the showroom and visit homes to provide personalized design recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting flooring that suits their style, budget, and lifestyle.

• Provide in-home consultations and design guidance.

• Manage sales leads, follow up with clients, and close sales.

• Learn about our flooring products and stay updated on design trends.

• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth project completion.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in interior design, home improvement, or related fields.

• Strong communication and people skills—friendly, outgoing, and approachable.

• A creative mindset and ability to suggest design ideas.

• Self-motivated and organized with attention to detail.

• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
