N SUMMARY
The Senior Social Media Specialist will lead the daily execution of social media initiatives for two iconic brands, ensuring a cohesive and captivating online presence. This role involves supporting the development and implementation of strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic and engagement, promote products, and attract new customers. Collaborating closely with the cross-functional marketing team and partner agencies, the Specialist will contribute to campaign execution and provide actionable insights based on performance data. Success in this role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to monitor key metrics, optimize engagement, and foster audience growth.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
May perform any or all of the following duties:
Create a monthly social media content plan for both brands, aligning with promotional strategies and cultural moments. Share the approved plan with agencies to guide content development. Collaborate with the external resources and the Social Media Manager to produce engaging visual and written content that aligns with monthly calendars and captures each brand's unique voice and strategy. Work with external partners and the Social Media Manager to Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies. Collaborate with Social Media Manager to assist with setting up shoots, gathering project information and routing work to key stakeholders for any necessary approvals. Facilitate monthly content calendar review meeting with key stakeholders for each brand. Work with external resources to coordinate organic boosting and techniques to enhance reach and engagement of posts, optimizing paid campaigns as necessary. Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to inform content strategy and improve performance. Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in social media and digital marketing. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction to build brand loyalty. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES
BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. Must possess a minimum of four (4) years of social media management, including content creation, boosting and analytics experience or equivalent. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. 1-2 years' experience in social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) to track performance and derive actionable insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience with influencer marketing and community engagement preferred. WORK ENVIRONMENT

Sitting for extended periods of time, using telephone, typing and/or operating a computer and/or mouse. Ability to travel (approx. 0-5%) Ability to provide support outside core hours for extended support during project implementations when required by the business
