What you'll do as a Digital Marketing ManagerPlan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organization's website, as well as all participating subsidiaries and content development, once the website has been createdRespond to and troubleshoot all Wordpress website issues - including maintaining all plugin updates - across the enterprise with ATLAS teamEnsure website security and efficiency by conducting regular test plans, in coordination with the IT Security teamCollaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization's standardsMonitor SEO and web traffic metricsCreate strategies to implement outbound email campaigns, A/B test and automate responsesDesign and implement social media strategy to align with business goals and set specific objectives and report on ROIGenerate, edit, publish and share engaging content on a specified cadence working with Director and Graphic Designer as well as subsidiaries, presidents, VPs and business development (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, monitor customer reviews and oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions and stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications What you'll need To be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this company8-10 Years of experience in Digital MarketingBachelor degree in marketing or businessExperience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaignsExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments, ad serving tools, and setting up/optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search enginesKnowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)Additional qualifications Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as AdobeAble to juggle multiple projects at the same time with incredible attention to detail and strong problem solving skills Experience with CMS (for example Word Press), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraintsA full understanding of all social media platforms and knowledge of content management systems Why work with usYour career here is more than just a job - it's your pathway to opportunity.
