What are we looking for? VP Marketing will be a key leadership team member, reporting to the CEO and working closely with high-profile advisors. Your primary mission will be driving pipeline & revenue, brand equity, designing a new category, and Product Marketing Management (PMM). This strategic role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to effectively reach, educate, nurture, and drive action across our target audience. Responsibilities Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy and roadmap to increase revenue growth, from demand gen and content marketing to designing a new category and brand recognition. Own the marketing budget and metrics, and foster an understanding of our marketing efforts through excellent internal reporting and result-sharing. Lead current/build the marketing organization from the ground up. Analyze, report, and optimize all marketing programs based on ROI and demand generation effectiveness. Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly. Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth. Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events. Present weekly marketing performance and revenue reports to management. Forecast hiring needs for the marketing department. You will also strategize and lead the development of the following three marketing pillars: Brand Marketing - Brand Equity and Category Design, Self-Evangelism. Demand Generation - Partners Marketing, Field Marketing, warm demand gen. Product Marketing - Product messaging, sales enablement and pipeline qualification and conversion. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in building, managing, and leading high-scale marketing organizations. At least 4 years of experience as a Brand Marketing leader - Proven experience in brand building (messaging, branding, and positioning) and Brand Awareness development. A solid track record in building, managing, and scaling at least 5 team members and freelancers at the same time. A proven experience in building tech categories including analyst relations. At least 4 years of experience in SaaS ABM and marketing to CMOs, CGOs, and marketing leaders. At least 2 years of experience in global speaking events with excellent communication skills. At least 2 years of experience in building field marketing demand gen machines. Knowledge in community planning and building. Vast experience in targeting EMEA and USA. Track record of successfully developing and managing multiple marketing channels simultaneously. Strong analytical and project management skills. Native English or high level of proficiency. Experience with Israeli startups. Willingness to travel monthly (field & channel events). #J-18808-Ljbffr
