What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented professional with the following qualifications:
  • 5+ years of multi-family and tax credit experience
  • A dynamic personality focused on providing outstanding resident service
  • Strong leadership abilities with a knack for motivating and training a team on leasing, marketing, and collections
  • A problem solver with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clear, professional notices and correspondence
  • Experience with Entrata is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:

As a Tax Credit Community Manager, you'll be a vital part of our team, overseeing various operational aspects of the property, including:
  • Managing the property's finances within budgetary guidelines set by the Regional Manager and Owner
  • Driving occupancy goals and leasing targets using innovative marketing strategies
  • Managing delinquency standards and working to minimize collection issues
  • Conducting daily property inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance and cleanliness
  • Leading and supporting the office and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
  • Managing staff recruitment and ensuring a professional and welcoming work environment for everyone
  • Overseeing resident relations, addressing concerns or complaints promptly, and ensuring top-notch customer service
  • Ensuring full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
  • Preparing and submitting reports on time, with attention to detail and accuracy
