- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

- Experience with Entrata or similar property management software is a plus
- Assist in interviewing, screening, and hiring team members across various departments
- Support onboarding and training of new office personnel
- Help meet delinquency standards and ensure accurate financial tracking
- Drive occupancy goals by utilizing effective leasing and marketing strategies
- Process purchase orders and invoices as needed
- Conduct property leasing by implementing sales techniques and marketing methods per company standards
- Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude at all times
- Demonstrate expertise in leasing, sales techniques, and property rental details
- Update and maintain rent roll tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident requests and concerns promptly and courteously
