Our client is looking to hire a Senior Graphic Designer to support their team in Pleasant Prairie, WI! LOCATION: Onsite in Pleasant Prairie, WI (5 days per week, 8am-5pm) TARGET START DATE: Asap JOB TYPE: Full-time, Benefited SALARY: $60-67k base What you'll be doing: Lead design projects from start to finish, including marketing campaigns, product launches, and presentations, while overseeing daily design tasks to ensure timely and high-quality output. Guide and mentor junior designers, collaborating with the team to create engaging campaigns across print, digital, and social media, and help develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align design concepts with business goals. Design high quality graphics to support marketing efforts, staying updated on industry trends and new design techniques to ensure all final designs are polished, error-free, and delivered on time. Qualifications: 5-7 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of work for national brands, including 3+ years in a senior design or leadership role, mentoring junior designers. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with knowledge of motion graphics and UI/UX design being a plus. Must showcase a portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and experience with large brands Who you are: Organized with excellent time management skills. Detail-oriented with an eye for patterns and inconsistencies. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and thrive in collaborative environments.
