The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Marketing dashboards and reporting to capture results from key campaigns. This includes pulling out insights from campaign results to help formulate Marketing strategy and future campaigns. The position will be responsible for working with Marketing stakeholders to understand current strategies, KPIs and tests, and will use data to support maximizing conversions and communications throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, ad-hoc analytics requests, and development of dashboards in support of the marketing team.
Analyze marketing data using spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4), statistical analysis tools, and data visualization tools (PowerBI).
Work collaboratively to develop hypotheses, design tests, and analyze results to optimize campaigns. Share findings and offer recommendations, including creating and maintaining test roadmap for marketing.
Work closely with campaign and marketing function managers as well as external agencies to ensure campaign tracking.
Collaborate with the Business Analytics team on the development of reports that incorporate additional non-marketing data sources.
Actively monitor current metrics, identify and suggest new metrics and collaborate across teams to provide actionable insights for colleagues.
Analyze customer data to provide insights into behavior, retention, and lifecycle stages
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that improve customer engagement and conversion.
Experience: Bachelor's degree, in the field of business analytics, data science, or equivalent is strongly preferred
4+ years in a role supporting business initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience in building management-level reporting and dashboards.
Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, GA4, PowerBI, Tableau, and Data Studio. Proficiency in Google suite and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
Self-sufficient using internal tools to access and manipulate data necessary for analysis and reporting.
Independently drive forward projects, diving in where necessary to make sure deliverables are met
Build relationships with relevant teams to facilitate completion of cross functional projects.
The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000USD to $100,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
