As a Designer with Creative Environments, you can anticipate playing a pivotal role in delivering unparalleled customer experiences while driving our growth. In this role, you'll develop authentic relationships with customers, guiding them through the design process to create a compelling vision for their properties. You'll collaborate closely with our team of Registered Landscape Architects, Landscape Architects, Interior Design professionals, CAD Technicians, and 3D artists. Together, we'll bring your vision to life through detailed, visually compelling presentations, that include comprehensive plans, 3D renderings, material samples, and price estimates.
The role extends beyond design, though. You'll also help guide the customer through the project's subsequent crucial phases, including contracting, construction documentation, permitting/engineering, and construction coordination. Our robust seven-step milestone inspection process skillfully guides our customers through each construction phase. This journey not only fortifies the bond with the construction manager but also guarantees top-notch results, exemplary design vision, and exceptional customer experience.
Upon project completion, you'll transition the customer to our dedicated Customer Care and Maintenance team, ensuring their continued pleasure in their new environment for many years.

Duties/Responsibilities: Designing: As a designer, your primary responsibility is to create aesthetically pleasing and functional designs that meet your customers' requirements and specifications. This involves understanding their vision and translating it into tangible design concepts. Sales: Your role as a Designer requires you to actively engage with potential customers, present your offerings, and effectively communicate the value and benefits of your products or services. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and tailoring solutions that best suit their requirements. Using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and managing leads and pipelines streamlines and optimizes your sales processes, ultimately leading to increased revenue and overall business growth. By effectively utilizing a CRM system and managing your leads and pipeline, you can nurture your prospects, track their progress through the sales funnel, and build stronger relationships with your customers. Guiding and leading customers: Throughout the project, you will guide and lead your customers, providing them with expert advice and recommendations. This involves helping them make informed decisions, suggesting design modifications if necessary, and ensuring that their expectations are met while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints. Milestone walks: One important responsibility is conducting milestone walks with your customers. During these site visits, you will showcase the progress made in the construction process and address any concerns or questions they may have. It is crucial to maintain open lines of communication, ensuring your customers feel involved and informed throughout the project. Collections: As a Designer, you will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments. This involves following up with customers, sending invoices, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. Building good relationships with clients can facilitate prompt payment and resolve any potential payment issues. Approach your duties and responsibilities with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. By being proactive, communicative, and detail-oriented, you can effectively guide and support your customers through their project, promoting customer experience and successful project completion.
