UX Designer
to join their team in Madison, WI. This agency is known for delivering impactful results for clients across various industries while fostering a collaborative and community-focused culture.
What You’ll Do: Design high-fidelity solutions that balance user needs and business goals. Create sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to incorporate research into designs and ensure accurate implementation. Advocate for usability and accessibility best practices. Present design concepts to internal and external stakeholders. Mentor junior team members and contribute to shaping design processes.
What You’ll Need: A degree or equivalent certification in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in UX or product design with a portfolio showcasing digital projects across platforms. Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like auto-layout and prototyping. Experience with mobile-first design and native apps. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
