What You’ll Do:

• Create sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.

• Advocate for usability and accessibility best practices.
• Present design concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to shaping design processes.

What You’ll Need:

• A degree or equivalent certification in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX or product design with a portfolio showcasing digital projects across platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like auto-layout and prototyping.
• Experience with mobile-first design and native apps.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
