Strata Clean Energy is a vertically integrated renewable energy independent power producer (IPP) with an operating portfolio of 1GW (utility PV and BESS) projects across the United States. The Asset Management team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Writer. The ideal candidate will have experience developing technical documents spanning – Standard Operating Procedures, Instructions, Process Documentation etc. and doc management tools SharePoint and Ironclad.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop new Asset Management document management program, taxonomy and data retention policy Migrate all current Asset Management documents into new structure Work with Asset Managers and subject matter experts to document processes and procedures that also become training tools Develop Asset Management workflows in SharePoint and Ironclad Develop and stand-up Asset Management process metrics Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in STEM, finance, business analytics, or similar Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within the energy space Mastery of MS Word, Power Point, Visio, Excel Strong working knowledge of SharePoint, Ironclad systems Experience and proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, and similar Excellent verbal communications skills with advanced levels of emotional intelligence and excellent stakeholder management Successful experience working in dynamic, agile, and data-driven teams within a KPI and/or OKR environment
