Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, managing, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other emerging channels. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to deliver successful campaigns that meet client objectives. This is a hand-on-keyboard job. You will be executing media campaigns.
You will be working for a small, full-service digital marketing agency dedicated to cultivating client success through data-driven strategies and compelling creative to expand our clients digital reach.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with internal team members to understand objectives, target audience, and goals for each campaign, help develop comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to each platform. Campaign Setup & Execution: Create and launch campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest, and others. Set up audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad creatives, and campaign tracking (including UTM parameters). Optimization & Performance Management: Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.). A/B test creatives, targeting, and placements to enhance results. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to evaluate traffic, conversions, and user behavior. Budget Management: Allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Track spending across platforms to ensure campaigns stay within budget. Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up-to-date with changes and best practices across advertising platforms. Identify new platforms and opportunities to reach target audiences effectively.
Experience and Skills Prior experience in search engine marketing and the Google Ads platform (4+ years) Prior experience in Meta Advertising (4+ years) Prior experience in Linkedin, TikTok and Pinterest preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work within a team and independently Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills Attention to detail is not cliche` - it’s a core component of this role
