Position Overview: As the

Administrative Assistant , you will play a critical role in our organization by providing high-level support to our executives and ensuring seamless client interactions. This role requires professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your social and organizational skills will shine as you manage client communications, coordinate events, and support various administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support:

Assist executives with scheduling, travel arrangements, and daily organizational tasks to ensure they can focus on strategic priorities. Client-Facing Interaction:

Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during client visits, calls, and correspondence. Event Planning:

Plan and coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and team-building activities, ensuring all details are handled to create a seamless experience. Marketing Assistance:

Support marketing activities, including creating presentations, preparing reports, and assisting with social media and email campaigns as needed. Administrative Tasks:

Manage office supplies, maintain records, coordinate communications, and provide overall administrative support to ensure a well-organized office environment. Microsoft 365 Proficiency:

Use Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to create documents, manage calendars, and organize information efficiently. Multi-Tasking and Organization:

Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in everything you do.

Qualifications: Experience:

2+ years in an administrative, executive support, or client-facing role, ideally within a corporate or marketing environment. Skills:

Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and experience in using tools for scheduling, event planning, and project management. Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with executives, clients, and vendors. Marketing Knowledge:

Background in marketing or familiarity with marketing principles, with a knack for assisting in event planning and promotional activities. Organizational Skills:

Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities and solving problems. Professional Demeanor:
