Job Overview : Our client is seeking a skilled Email Marketer to manage and optimize email and SMS marketing initiatives for a luxury DTC brand. They are looking for a candidate with a strong background in digital marketing, knack for creating engaging content, and a strategic skillset to drive customer acquisition & retention across channels. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies, including campaign creation, testing, optimization, and performance analysis, to drive engagement and conversions. Oversee affiliate and refer-a-friend programs, including recruitment, communication, performance tracking, and optimization for customer acquisition. Manage a detailed campaign calendar, ensuring timely execution, alignment with marketing goals, and collaboration with creative and content teams for cohesive messaging and visuals. Act as a consultant for global distributors, supporting them in building and executing best-in-class email marketing campaigns. Segment email and SMS lists using customer data and behavior insights to maximize relevance and conversion rates. Ensure compliance with marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM), maintain data hygiene, and develop strategies to grow the subscriber base. Conduct A/B testing and analyze key performance metrics to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools to keep marketing efforts innovative and competitive. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 4 years of experience in email, SMS, affiliate, and referral marketing within a B2C environment. Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Listrak) and SMS marketing tools. Experience with A/B testing, email rendering tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid), and deliverability best practices. Knowledge of email analytics, segmentation, personalization strategies, and regulatory compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Familiarity with affiliate and referral marketing strategies/tools. Ability to analyze data and optimize campaign performance. Effective communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
