Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Manager to join the team of our dynamic Law firm client. In this key role, you’ll work closely with attorneys and leadership to craft and execute strategic marketing plans, manage events, and oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns. With a focus on creativity, precision, and results, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand, strengthening client relationships, and advancing the firm’s marketing objectives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring exceptional event management, social media expertise, advanced PowerPoint skills, and strong writing capabilities, we’d love to hear from you Essential Duties : Strategic Planning: Collaborate with practice group leaders, attorneys, and the Marketing Director to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies. Marketing Campaigns: Manage both digital and traditional channels, including social media, email marketing, print materials, webinars, and in-person events. Content Creation: Develop marketing collateral to enhance brand awareness and build client relationships. Data Analytics: Monitor and assess campaign performance, leveraging insights for continuous improvement. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and use competitive insights to inform strategies. Team Collaboration: Work across departments to gather information and execute impactful campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Event Management: Plan and execute events, including negotiating hotel contracts, developing presentations, managing registration, and overseeing the event from start to finish. Assist with hosting receptions and working with outside industry organizations. Attorney Support: Support attorneys in building relationships and establishing thought leadership by identifying opportunities for marketing, events, and external engagements. Help attorneys demonstrate their knowledge of the law through marketing, speaking engagements, online learning opportunities, and other thought-leadership avenues. Collaborate with practice group leaders to develop marketing plans, then manage changes and implementation with the Marketing Director. Assist with digital initiatives, including developing email invitations for distribution lists and helping attorneys with their individual marketing needs. Digital Marketing: Manage and create social media content for the firm. Develop campaigns to promote the firm and its attorneys. Cross-functional Marketing: Collaborate with practice groups to develop tailored marketing strategies. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 7 years of proven marketing experience, with a focus on strategy, brand awareness, and lead generation Strong project management and interpersonal skills Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and creative thinking Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus
