Responsibilities: Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies, lead generation, multi-channel campaigns, and XR/VR/AR experiences Optimize marketing using predictive modeling. Develop SEO/SEM strategies with AI-powered tools. Report campaign performance with advanced analytics. Identify and implement emerging market trends & AI advancements. Optimize AI-driven automation and customization. Lead and manage cross-functional projects, AI-driven marketing automation platforms, and marketing budget within set timelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or similar required. 4 years of experience in a marketing agency with a focus on lead generation and digital marketing. Expertise in AI-driven marketing automation, analytics, and customer journey optimization. Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, digital, and data-driven marketing. Experience in XR/VR/AR campaign development and immersive brand storytelling. Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare a plus Expertise in AI-powered lead generation, automation.
