Our client, a full service digital marketing agency based in Nashville is seeking a Sr. Paid Media Manager to join their talented team. In this role, you will work across strategy and execution of paid media campaigns, focusing on paid search and paid social. You'll work closely with the client, managing the relationship with them from a paid media standpoint (working closely with the account/client services teams) and developing strategy prior to executing their paid media campaigns. Utilizing your expertise in Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics, you will assess paid media analytics against key performance indicators, crafting detailed reports and strategic suggestions for client growth. While this role doesn't have direct reports, you will be mentoring and helping more junior team members. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies for clients, focused on driving measurable results through Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audiences, and challenges to develop tailored media strategies. Conduct in-depth audits of existing accounts, identify optimization opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to clients. Integrate Paid Search and Paid Social efforts into cohesive multi-channel strategies to amplify performance across various digital touchpoints Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of Google Ads, Bing, and other search engine campaigns to achieve client KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CPA, etc.). Manage and optimize campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc., driving engagement, leads, and conversions. Develop and manage budgets across multiple platforms, ensuring cost efficiency while meeting performance goals. Implement A/B testing strategies across ads, landing pages, and targeting to continually refine and improve campaign performance. Analyze campaign performance and deliver regular, data-driven reports to clients, highlighting key insights, trends, and areas for improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV to ensure campaigns are delivering maximum value for clients. Utilize Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools to gather actionable insights, optimizing campaigns based on performance data. Lead client meetings and presentations, delivering clear insights and strategic recommendations to drive campaign success. Requirements: 5 years of experience in Paid Media Management with a focus on Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing) and Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Proficiency in paid search campaign management and social media campaign management across multiple platforms for B2B and Lead Gen clients. Demonstrated success in driving results for clients through paid media strategies, optimizing for performance metrics like ROAS, CPC, CPA, etc. Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and other major paid media platforms. Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific reporting tools, etc.) to measure and optimize campaign performance. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client campaigns, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex digital marketing strategies and results to clients. Salary: $75-95k depending on experience
