Overview

In this position, your primary goals will be to create and customize commercial websites using WordPress and the Elementor Pro page builder. The overall objective of your tasks is to ensure that every clients website is built and executed well while including key elements that contribute to the overall success of our clients marketing strategy.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Build Beautiful and Functional Websites According to Provided Designs
You will collaborate with our design team to create functional, informational, and beautifully designed websites. You will use WordPress and the Elementor Pro page builder to bring these designs to life.


Website Maintenance

This position requires you to assist in providing support for existing clients, troubleshooting websites when something breaks, updating WordPress and Plugins, and making content and design updates as needed.

Additional Job Responsibilities

  • Digital asset creation using the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Implementing Google Analytics and other traffic reporting solutions
  • Making edits or adding new content to our company website.
  • Accurately tracking & self-organizing your work in our project management app.
  • When needed, communicate via phone, slack, and email with managers to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Assist with various tasks around the office as needed.


Day To Day

As a full-time in-office website developer, you will be expected to work 40 hours a week Monday-Friday. We recommend working 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, but if you believe an alternative schedule would be more productive, please inform your direct manager.


You can expect to spend most of your time at your desk working on building, debugging, and testing websites. Your day may include meetings with managers or other team members and responding to emails and other communications. Alongside other team members, you will maintain existing websites and make updates as needed. Overall, you can expect a reasonably structured work schedule with occasional opportunities for collaboration and communication with others.
