5. Enhance site performance through optimization techniques (e.g., caching, database optimization).
6. Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and meet web accessibility standards.
7. Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
8. Oversee user management and role assignments for website contributors.
9. Provide general technical support and consultation on WordPress management.
10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address requirements and feedback.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.
2. Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS) is a plus.
3. Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
4. Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization techniques.
5. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
6. Strong understanding of web security standards and practices.
7. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
