The News-Gazette — a locally owned media company located a mile from the University of Illinois campus — is seeking a Utility Infielder for its news/sports/features copy desk. The job covers editing, web posting, design, pagination, and more.
This full-time position is part of our newly created fellowship program (John R. Foreman Fellowship for Excellence in Journalism). It is a two-year stint, with an opportunity for a regular full-time position after the fellowship ends. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or someone finishing a summer internship.
