Our Brand

Our brand is inspired by TV culture of the past — bold, playful, creative, and surreal. We are looking for a videographer & editor who can execute our unique vision as part of show concepts. To learn more about Mad Realities and our brand, check out our website and Instagram.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with our creative team to develop and execute original show ideas for series that live on socials.
  2. Work closely with our production team to manage all aspects of video production, including shooting, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing.
  3. Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging, and shareable social content.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production and socials content creation.
  5. Evolve our existing content style into on-brand formats: zany, ambitious, iconic.
  6. Understand, evaluate, and implement feedback from the team to improve your work.
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of experience in video production and editing.
  2. Strong understanding of social platforms and related trends.
  3. Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging video content.
  4. Experience with vertical content.
  5. Proficient in Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
  6. Experience with audio mixing and sound editing.
  7. Experience with color grading.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  11. Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or related field preferred but not required.
